The Tennessee Department of Labor and Workforce Development reports nearly 69,000 Tennesseans filed claims for unemployment benefits last week. Nearly 400,000 Tennesseans have applied for benefits in the last 5 weeks.
The new data released on Thursday for the week ending April 18th is down from last week’s total of 74,772.
