The Tennessee Department of Health reported a new daily record 11,352 new cases of COVID-19 and 62 deaths in the state on Sunday.
The Department of Health reports 2,680 currently hospitalized with the virus and they also reported 62 more deaths bringing that total up to 5,462 deaths.

Tennessee Deputy State Epidemiologist Dr. John Dunn says he anticipates the COVID-19 vaccine created by Pfizer to be in the Volunteer State by mid-week.
Dr. Dunn says large health care facilities are at the top of that list so that doctors and nurses on the COVID-19 frontlines will have access to the vaccines first.
