Manchester Municipal Court Clerk Tiffany Colwell has left her job after filing a complaint against Manchester Police Chief Mark Yother in November 2019.
She said Yother had made inappropriate comments that were sexually oriented.
In a statement to On Target News through her husband, Colwell said she left the city because of the work environment and she needed peace of mind.
Last month we reported that Manchester Police Major, Bill Sipe, investigated the Colwell claim. City employees that were witnesses told Sipe that they understood it to be a comment about where an employee’s lunch came from and others saying they didn’t hear the comment.
Colwell also claims that Yother ordered her to unlawfully dismiss a city-issued citation.
No other information was given to On Target News concerning the Colwell claim about the citation.
No action was taken by the city against Chief Yother.
