Alabama Head Coach Saban Test Positive for Covid

It was announced on Wednesday that Alabama Head Football Coach Nick Saban has tested positive for Covid-19 and that he will miss the Iron Bowl matchup with Auburn on Saturday. Saban reportedly has only experienced mild symptoms thus far and that offensive coordinator Steve Sarkisian will assume many of the head coaching responsibilities on Saturday. As it stands now the earliest return date for Saban would be the day before the Tide’s December 5 game at Arkansas.
