CCMS basketball double down against White County

Coffee County Middle basketball teams did battle with the Warriors from Sparta on Thursday evening and came out triumphant in both contests.  Sophie McInturff’s 14 points led the Lady Raiders to a 44-29 win.  Channah Gannon added 12 points.  The Lady Raiders are now 7-1 on the season.  In a very physical boys game that came down to the wire, a balanced scoring attack by the Red Raiders produced a 31-28 victory.  Evan Kirby had 11, Cole Pippenger added 9 and Colter Neal pumped in 7 for Coffee County.  Both teams will be in action against West Middle School on Monday.
