Charges Dropped against man that was on the run, but was Captured Last Week

The Warren County District Attorney General says that charges against 47 year old Jeffrey Michael Hodges were dismissed without prejudice. The D.A. said that other charges against Hodges will come later in the future but not at this time.

You might remember that On Target News reported that Hodges was wanted by multiple law enforcement agencies, including Warren and Coffee counties for multiple vehicle thefts. He was taken into custody last Tuesday by the Warren Co. Sheriff’s Dept. and was jailed under a $90,000 bond.
