City of Manchester needing public input on possible $1 Million Grant

The City of Manchester is looking into the possibility of applying for a $1,000,000 Multimodal Access Grant. The public is invited to a workshop on Thursday, October 29th at 1:00 p.m.at City Hall.

If approved for the grant it would be used for installing new sidewalks, crosswalks, and curb ramps on both sides of Highway 41 from where the sidewalk ends currently in the Post Office/Wall St. area to the Walmart driveway signal.

Install bike lanes along both sides of Hwy 41 from Hwy 55 to the southern city limits and install a sidewalk from Hwy 41 to the Conference Center along Hospitality Blvd.
