Corrected: One Tullahoma Child Killed in Head-On Crash in Bedford County

A five year-old child from Tullahoma was killed and a 6 year-old along with two adults were injured in a head-on crash on Highway 64 in Bedford County Tuesday night.

The original information that was reported indicated that both children had died, but that information was incorrect.

According to information from released by Tennessee Highway Patrol, an unnamed 19-year-old man from Madison, TN was driving an SUV westbound around 8 p.m. and attempted to pass another vehicle on the two-lane road when he slammed head-on into a sedan by an unnamed 26 year-old traveling eastbound.

The crash remains under investigation by the Tennessee Highway Patrol.
