An unnamed man was stopped after he allegedly tried use counterfeit money at Walmart in Tullahoma. Police found over $2,000 worth of counterfeit bills in his possession along with 3.6 grams of marijuana.
In another counterfeit case, an unidentified male and female are accused of using counterfeit $100 bills to purchase items at Hobby Lobby on the Old Fort Parkway in Murfreesboro.
The duo were able to leave the store and left in a gold or tan SUV.
