The Tennessee Department of Health has confirmed additional cases of COVID-19 across the state on Sunday, May 3.
The state’s total cases jumped to 13,177 after the addition of 516 new cases, a 4% day-to-day increase. On Friday, the state set a record for one day with 1,156 new cases and Saturday, Tennessee added another 770 cases.
The state health department also reports 210 deaths attributed to Covid-19.
Out of the confirmed positive cases, 5,814 have recovered. Currently there are 7,153 active cases in the state.

*Coffee County: 0 died: 41 confirmed cases; 16 recovered; 1,178 negative tests
*Franklin County: 1 died; 36 confirmed; 30 recovered; 1,271 negative tests
*Grundy County: 1 died; 28 confirmed; 22 recovered; 327 negative tests
*Lincoln County: 0 died; 14 confirmed; 9 recovered; 650 negative tests
*Moore County: 0 died; 3 confirmed; 1 recovered; 177 negative tests
*Rutherford County: 11 died; 579 confirmed; 209 recovered; 5,194 negative tests
*Warren County: 0 died; 8 confirmed; 4 recovered; 801 negative tests
