COVID-19 Case Count Update for Sunday May 31, 2020

The Tennessee Department of Health has confirmed additional cases of COVID-19 across the state on Sunday, May 31, 2020. The health department reported 440 new cases, bringing the state to a total of 23,006 cases, a 2% day-to-day increase since Wednesday.

TDH confirmed no additional deaths, keeping Tennessee’s total at 364 total deaths.

Out of the confirmed positive cases, 15,300 have recovered, which makes the total of active cases in Tennessee, 7,342.

*Bedford County: 4 died; 287 confirmed cases; 238 recovered; 2,369 negative tests

*Coffee County: 0 died: 73 confirmed cases; 52 recovered; 2,228 negative tests

*Franklin County: 1 died; 53 confirmed; 41 recovered; 2,096 negative tests

*Grundy County: 1 died; 31 confirmed; 26 recovered; 482 negative tests

*Lincoln County: 0 died; 25 confirmed; 18 recovered; 1,264 negative tests

*Moore County: 0 died; 4 confirmed; 3 recovered; 347 negative tests

*Rutherford County: 23 died; 1,222 confirmed; 499 recovered; 11,528 negative tests

*Warren County: 0 died; 26 confirmed; 15 recovered; 1,721 negative tests
