Duck River Electric Membership Corp. Scheduled Maintenance

Duck River Electric Membership Corp. has scheduled maintenance of the billing system for Monday, July 5, while the office is closed for Independence Day. This lengthy process will interrupt billing and payment options as well as outage reporting using DREMC’s website and mobile app. It will also affect members’ ability to make payments via phone.

At this time, they do not know how long the system maintenance will take.

The advanced meter at your location automatically detects service interruptions and alerts DREMC. Dispatchers are on duty 24/7 to assist, including holidays.
