Coffee County High School students, these are your designated times to return textbooks, pay owes, and pick up report cards. Please make every effort to be at school during your assigned time and remember to practice social distancing.
Coffee County Schools Elementary End of 2020 School Year Schedule.
In an effort to close the 2019-2020 school year and maintain the safety of our students and school personnel, we have developed the following plan.
Please be prepared to bring all items that should be returned to school (textbooks, Library books, etc.) and to pay any owed fees. Teachers will have all student personal belongings ready for pick-up.
Please follow this schedule each day 8:30a.m. – 12:00 noon and 1:00-3:00p.m.

May 13 – – I – Q
May 14 – – R – Z
This includes Deerfield, East Coffee, Hickerson, Hillsboro, New Union, and North Coffee.
CCRA
As we prepare to end our Coffee County Raider Academy (CCRA) school year, we are making every effort to allow you time to return any school items and pick up any personal items that you may have at CCRA. We have developed the following schedule that will maintain social distancing guidelines. Please be patient as we navigate the end of the school year during these unusual times. It is important that you adhere to your assigned day and time and follow the procedures detailed below. Students should be prepared to bring all items that must be returned to school, including textbooks, library books, school-issued band instruments, and ROTC uniforms. In addition, students should be prepared to pay any library fines or cafeteria charges.

A – F Tues., May 12 9:00 – 11:00 a.m.
G – M Tues., May 12 1:00 – 3:00 p.m.
N – R Wed., May 13 9:00 – 11:00 a.m.
S – Z Wed., May 13. 1:00 – 3:00 p.m.
Procedures:
• Parents will park in the parking lot upon arrival to CCRA
• Students only (NO PARENTS) will be allowed to enter the building
• Students will enter building at the Main Office entrance
• Students will be escorted to locker for clean out and then to gym
• Students will return all textbooks, library books, and any other school materials in gym
• Students will clear any library or cafeteria debts in gym
• Students will receive 10th grade registration materials in gym
• Once cleared of all required items, students will receive report card and be escorted back to main entry for dismissal
School administration will also be present at CCRA on Thursday, May 14, from 3:00 – 6:00 p.m. for any student who is unable to meet their scheduled time or who needs to return to school with any other items.
Production has been delayed on yearbooks because they are produced in Texas and all businesses are still closed there. We don’t know when we’ll get yearbooks but will update here and on our website.
The only parents that will be allowed in the building are the parents who need to get medicine from the Nurse, Jennifer Dykes.
