Isaiah 117 House Receives Donation from the Franklin County Sheriff’s Office

Back in October, we reported on Isaiah 117 House. When children are removed from their homes out of concern for their welfare, they are usually taken to the Department of Children’s Services to await placement with a foster family. This wait can be several hours to nearly a full day.
The Isaiah 117 House provides a place for children to go when they are removed by DCS. This house meets the needs of the children while the DCS staff work on foster placement.
This past Saturday (Dec. 14, 2019) the Franklin County Sheriff’s Office made a $1,000 donation to Isaiah 117 House that serves Coffee, Franklin and Grundy counties.
