SAFETY PROTOCOLS:
MASKS
Masks will be provided to all participants, vendors, volunteers, employees, etc. Masks are required in high-density festival areas with the exceptions being for eating, drinking or other situations approved by Lynchburg Music Fest. Please follow the face-covering guidelines outlined by the CDC.
CASHLESS FAST PASS LANE
We strongly encourage cashless purchases. A “Cashless Fast Pass Lane” will be available so you can purchase items with paperless methods of the transaction (e.g., credit/debit cards and phone wallets).
SITEWIDE SANITIZATION
Keepin’ Lynchburg Music Fest as clean as possible for y’all is our top priority. We will regularly disinfect and increase sanitation for all bathrooms, seating, and eating areas. We will also issue individual hand sanitizers for free to any attendee.
SECURITY
A significant increase in security personnel will be added to ensure social distancing practices near stages and across the festival grounds.
COVID-19 SCREENINGS
Upon entering the festival, every individual will be required to have a temperature check. Any person entering the venue who presents COVID-19 symptoms will not be permitted inside.
CAMPING SPACE
We increased the square footage of our campsites to allow for ample distance between groups and families. Campgrounds will be pre-marked with significant distance between campsites to ensure y’all’s safety.
SIGNAGE
Safety guidelines will be posted throughout the festival grounds to remind folks about how they can keep themselves and others safe.
STAGE AREAS
In addition to decreased capacity for the festival, the event site is 100+ acres of open air for increased visibility and social distancing. The stages are located in spacious areas to ensure that everyone can enjoy the festival and have plenty of room to do it safely!
