    Resolutions :
    a. An initial resolution determining to issue not to exceed Four Million Two Hundred Fifty Thousand
    Dollars ($4,250,000) of General Obligation Bonds of the City of Manchester, Tennessee;
    sponsored by Alderman Bellamy.
    b. A resolution authorizing the sale and providing the details of not-to-exceed $4,250,000.00
    General Obligation Bonds, Series 2020B, of the City of Manchester, Tennessee, and providing
    for the levy of ad valorem taxes in connection therewith; sponsored by Alderman Bellamy.
    c. A resolution authorizing application for and acceptance of a 2020 Tennessee Department of
    transportation Multimodal Access Grant in the amount of One Million Dollars ($1,000,000) which
    requires the city contribute Fifty Thousand Dollars ($50,000) and agree to maintain the facilities;
    sponsored by Alderman Messick.
    Ordinances :
    a. 2nd reading of an ordinance to add a provision to Manchester Municipal Code relative to
    advertising and notice; sponsored by Mayor Howard.
    b. 1st reading of an ordinance to amend Manchester Municipal Code 14-516(6)(b)(iv) and (v)
    relative to off-site advertising signs; sponsored by Alderman Messick.

Lucky Knott

One of Southern Tennessee's most experienced and recognized news broadcasters and play-by-play sportscasters. News and Sports Director for Rooster 101.5 FM, 93.9 The Duck and Whiskey Country 105.1, and 95.9. He is currently the play-by-play voice of the Coffee County Red Raiders (31 years) on The Rooster 101.5 and can be heard M-F broadcasting our local news. Lucky has done play-by-play for 3,947 (and counting) sports events on Radio & TV. He also served four years as the Public Information Officer for the Coffee Co. Sheriff's Dept. and taught Radio/TV for six years at Grundy County High School.
