No Injuries after Deputy’s Vehicle Struck in Grundy County

At approximately, 5:55pm on Sunday evening Grundy County Deputy Logan Faulkner was struck while checking on a disabled vehicle on Hwy. 399. Deputy Faulkner was headed west on Hwy 399 when he observed a disabled Chevy Blazer pulling a small trailer sitting in the west bound lane. Deputy Faulkner activated his blue lights for visibility. While speaking to the driver a silver Chrysler Sebring, also traveling west, struck the Blazer and Deputy Faulkner’ patrol vehicle.

THP investigated the crash and no one was injured.
