Scam against Tornado Victims Possibly Working in Franklin County

The Franklin County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a fraud/scam operation currently being conducted. The basic presentation of the scam involves the tornado victims of Cookeville and information is shared stating that if you make a donation a quilt will be made and donated to the Cookeville victims.
