On Target News reported last week about an American flag and pole being stolen from the roadside of Highway 41A in front of Hall Furniture in Winchester on May 22. Now we can report another flag has been stolen.
Sometime overnight, from May 26th to May 27th, another memorial flag was stolen. It was taken from Franklin Memorial Gardens on Cowan Highway. There is no video surveillance from this theft. If you have any information, please call Winchester Police Department at 931-967-3840.
