The Tennessee Department of Health has confirmed additional cases of COVID-19 across the state on Tuesday, April 28.
Confirmed cases for the state have now passed 10,000 as the state reports 10,052 cases. The update adds 134 cases, which is the lowest number of new cases reported since March 25.
The department also reported four additional deaths to bring the total up to 188.
Out of the confirmed positive cases, 4,921 have recovered. There are currently 5,131 active cases in the state.

*Coffee County: 0 died: 33 confirmed cases; 11 recovered; 962 negative tests
*Franklin County: 1 died; 32 confirmed; 25 recovered; 849 negative tests
*Grundy County: 1 died; 28 confirmed; 22 recovered; 287 negative tests
*Lincoln County: 0 died; 12 confirmed; 8 recovered; 431 negative tests
*Moore County: 0 died; 3 confirmed; 1 recovered; 134 negative tests
*Warren County: 0 died; 7 confirmed; 4 recovered; 641 negative tests
*Rutherford County: 10 died; 434 confirmed; 188 recovered; 4,083 negative tests
