Tennessee hoping to to receive 90,000 Vaccines Per Week

Tennessee expects to get 90,000 COVID-19 vaccine doses a week for the immediate future, as virus cases and hospitalizations reach a tipping point in the state.

Tennessee Department of Health Commissioner Dr. Lisa Piercey says they are not going to deploy all of the vaccine doses until they get clarity that a second round of doses are available.

Both vaccines require two shots, weeks apart.
