Tullahoma Mayor returns to duty after Medical Emergency

On Saturday night Tullahoma Mayor Ray Knowis suffered a medical emergency at an event at the D.W. Wilson Community Center.

Mayor Knowis has been released from the hospital with no limitation on his activity or any damage. The test results revealed a condition that was treated and resumed his Mayoral duties on Thursday (February 17).

Knowis said, “I am grateful for the care that I was given. I want to thank those people at DW Wilson who took care of me and for all of the great medical care I have received. I am truly blessed. I also am humbled by the support from the community with prayers and well wishes. They continue to lift my spirits.”
