Unemployment rates dropped in all counties across Tennessee in February, according to new data released by the Department of Labor and Workforce Development.
Moore County had Tennessee’s lowest unemployment rate in February at 1.8%. Its rate dropped 0.4 of a percentage point from the January rate of 2.2%.
In other area counties, Bedford County dropped from 3.3 percent to 3 percent. Coffee County fell from 3.3 in January to 3.1 in February. Franklin County went 3.4 percent to 3 percent. Lincoln County was at 3 percent in January and 2.8 in February. Grundy County saw a drop 0.6 to 4 percent. Warren County dropped from 4.4 percent to 3.6 percent.
