Updated Covid-19 Case Numbers April 1

The Tennessee Department of Health has confirmed additional cases of COVID-19 across the state on Wednesday.
The update brings the total number of people infected in the state to 2,933. 25 Tennessee residents have died because of the Coronavirus.
Dr. James Hildreth, President and CEO at Meharry Medical College said on Tuesday that data collected predicts that at Tennessee’s peak, 192 people will die in one day alone.
At the current state, Tennessee will be short more than 11,000 hospital beds and 2,200 ICU beds.
Only 11 counties have zero reported cases.
