Another Local Educator has been Nominated for Ponce Law Firm’s Outstanding Teacher Award

Another area teacher has been nominated for the Ponce Law Firm in Nashville ‘Outstanding Teacher’ contest. The Firm believes that when teachers go above and beyond to watch over and help the children in their care learn and grow, they deserve to be recognized.

On May 5 the firm will announce the winners of their outstanding teacher contest. Your favorite teacher could win up to $500!

Hickerson Elementary teacher, Amy Hershman was nominated by a parent at the school. The parent said in part that Ms. Amy is a rare find in a teacher. Her heart and love go into her work and her dedication is obvious with every child who is blessed to be in her classroom. She treats all the students with kindness and respect that they enjoy attending school and she makes learning fun.

Voting is taking place until April 30. Cast your vote for your favorite teacher at https://teachers.poncelaw.com/.
