A Bedford County resident is in custody after an ongoing investigation from an Internet Crimes Against Children cyber tip in reference to alleged child pornography images.
As a result of this investigation by the Bedford County Criminal Investigation Division, Bill Gailey II has been charged with 17 counts of sexual exploitation of a minor.
Evidence was seized after a search warrant was executed at his residence. He was taken to the Bedford County Jail and was booked in on a $200,000 bond.
