Blood Assurance will conduct a blood drive at Unity Medical Center on Monday, January 9, from Noon-4 pm.

January is National Blood Donor Month, so you should donate if possible.
- Get a good night’s sleep the night before you donate.
- Be sure to eat a meal four hours before your donation.
- It is a good idea to drink more water than your usual intake on the day of your donation. Donors are also asked to avoid caffeine and alcoholic beverages.
- Wear loose-fitting clothing with sleeves that can be easily rolled up over the elbow.
Blood Assurance supplies blood to all area hospitals.
