A man accused in the shooting death of a woman in Warren County ten years ago has been bound over to the Grand Jury.
51 year old Marty Lynn Judd is accused of shooting 46 year old Rebecca Mooneyham as she slept in her living room in 2009.
No arrest was made in the case until October of this year when Judd was charged in the murder.
Judd is currently in custody at the Warren County Jail under a $2 million bond.
