Unemployment Rate Down in Area Counties

Most of Tennessee’s 95 counties started 2021 with lower unemployment numbers, according to data released by the Department of Labor and Workforce Development. Seventy-eight counties went down. A new study from Tennessee Bureau of Investigation (TBI) agents reveals both school and domestic-related crimes decreased in 2020 amid the COVID-19 pandemic.
