A police officer from Winchester has been relieved of his duties after being arrested in Manchester on Tuesday. Tristan Delacruz was fired after being arrested for an alleged domestic-assault incident. Delacruz was booked at the Coffee County Jail and was released after posting the $2,000 bond.
