Coffee County Red Raiders baseball fell behind early and couldn’t come back in a 12-4 loss to Middle Tennessee Christian on Thursday.
The Coffee County used 5 pitchers in the out of district game.
The Red Raiders collected seven hits in the game. Caleb Moran and Brendon Sheppard had two hits each.
Coffee County continues to run the bases well, as they stole eight bases during the game. Dayne Crosslin led the way with three.

Softball:
It came down to the wire on Thursday, with Coffee County Lady Raiders softball winning on a dramatic walk-off single in the late innings that sealed their victory over Canton Illinois Lady Giants.
The game was tied at five with Coffee County batting in the bottom of the seventh when Haidyn Campbell singled on the first pitch of the at bat, scoring two runs.
Channah Gannon was the winning pitcher for the Lady Raiders. She allowed one hit and one run over two innings, striking out one.
Kiya Ferrell had two hits in three at bats for Coffee County.
