Coffee County picks up Two Basketball Wins on Thursday

On Thursday night in Fayetteville, the Coffee County Lady Raiders got strong performances from Natalie Barnes and Jalie Ruehling to zip past Lincoln County 78-41 in non-district play. Channah Gannon and Chloe Gannon added 12 and 10 points, respectively. The Lady Raiders improved to 22-1 on the season.

Cooper Reed scored 18 points, and Dayne Crosslin added 17 as the Coffee County boys defeated the Lincoln County Falcons 59-45. The win moves the Raiders to 12-4 on the season.

Coffee County will travel to Chattanooga for a boys-only game on Saturday afternoon at 3:30 pm. Both Raider teams will host district foe Shelbyville on January 17.
