Coffee County Sweeps Tullahoma in Exciting Basketball Action

When these two schools get together for any sport you’ll see the best effort from both sides. In girl’s play on Tuesday night in Tullahoma the district leading Lady Raiders picked up the win, 48-31.
In boy’s play, Coffee County led by 15 going into the 4th quarter, but Tullahoma roared back to take a brief lead late in the game. The Raiders got a steal, a bucket and hit a foul shot with :03 seconds left to win, 54-52 and take over 1st place in the district.
At halftime of the girl’s game, former Tullahoma baseball great and now Seattle Mariner, Justus Sheffield’s number 42 was retired.
During halftime of the boy’s game, Lady Cat Juila Duncan was honored after recently going over 2,000 points in her outstanding career at Tullahoma.
