The Estill Springs Police Department is conducting an investigation after someone recently broke into the concession stand at the town’s Little League Park.
Resident Jason Ikard is offering a $1,000 reward, plus someone else is offering an undisclosed amount of money for the arrest and conviction of the individual(s) that perpetrated this crime.
