COVID-19 Cases and Deaths Continue to Rise

The Tennessee Department of Health has confirmed additional cases of COVID-19 across the state on Sunday, July 19. The health department reported 1,779 new cases, bringing the state to 78,115 total cases.

TDH also confirmed 5 additional deaths, bringing Tennessee up to 843 total deaths.

Out of the confirmed positive cases, 44,319 have recovered. Tennessee currently has 32,953 active cases.

*Bedford County: 10 died; 679 confirmed/probable cases; 507 recovered; 4,997 negative tests

*Coffee County: 0 died: 190 confirmed/probable cases; 120 recovered; 5,937 negative tests

*Franklin County: 3 died; 158 confirmed/probable; 85 recovered; 4,334 negative tests

*Grundy County: 2 died; 73 confirmed/probable; 58 recovered; 1,123 negative tests

*Lincoln County: 0 died; 138 confirmed/probable; 61 recovered; 3,114 negative tests

*Moore County: 0 died; 28 confirmed/probable; 10 recovered; 686 negative tests

*Rutherford County: 41 died; 4,503 confirmed/probable; 1,956 recovered; 33,311 negative tests

*Warren County: 3 died; 215 confirmed/probable; 74 recovered; 4,723 negative tests.
