COVID-19 Cases Climb Again in Tennessee

The Tennessee Department of Health has confirmed additional cases of COVID-19 across the state on Monday, June 8, 2020. The health department reported 563 new cases, bringing the state to a total of 26,944 cases.

TDH also confirmed three additional deaths, bringing Tennessee up to 421 total deaths.

Out of the confirmed positive cases, 17,563 have recovered, meaning we have 8,960 active cases in Tennessee.

*Bedford County: 4 died; 332 confirmed cases; 251 recovered; 2,686 negative tests

*Coffee County: 0 died: 82 confirmed cases; 62 recovered; 2,781 negative tests

*Franklin County: 1 died; 54 confirmed; 47 recovered; 2,277 negative tests

*Grundy County: 1 died; 32 confirmed; 27 recovered; 522 negative tests

*Lincoln County: 0 died; 32 confirmed; 24 recovered; 1,413 negative tests

*Moore County: 0 died; 5 confirmed; 3 recovered; 384 negative tests

*Rutherford County: 29 died; 1,522 confirmed; 633 recovered; 13,501 negative tests

*Warren County: 0 died; 31 confirmed; 18 recovered; 2,010 negative tests
