Covid-19 Claims 8th Victim in Tennessee

The number of confirmed cases of COVID-19 in Tennessee has risen to 1,723 including eight deaths. Our numbers are taken from Johns Hopkins University and Medicine, the CDC and others.
The Tennessee Department of Health said there have been at least 133 hospitalizations.
Below is a breakdown of the cases, using numbers from both TDH and local health departments in our coverage area:

Bedford County – 1
Cannon County – 3
Coffee County – 1
Franklin County – 6
Grundy County – 2
Lincoln County – 1
Rutherford County – 48
Resident of another state/country: 150 in Tennessee
Pending: 190 in Tennessee
