The Tennessee Department of Health has confirmed additional cases of COVID-19 across the state on Monday, September 7.
The health department reported 983 new cases, bringing the state to 165,109 total cases.
TDH also confirmed four additional deaths, bringing Tennessee up to 1,869 total deaths.
Out of the confirmed positive cases, 146,213 are listed as inactive/recovered.
There are 826 people currently hospitalized with coronavirus.
*Bedford County: 14 died; 1,166 confirmed/probable cases; 83 active cases
*Cannon County: 0 died; 230 confirmed/probable cases; 44 active cases
*Coffee County: 7 died: 834 confirmed/probable cases; 122 active cases
*Franklin County: 5 died; 636 confirmed/probable; 170 active cases.
*Grundy County: 3 died; 158 confirmed/probable; 17 active cases
*Lincoln County: 1 died; 464 confirmed/probable; 57 active cases.
*Moore County: 1 died; 117 confirmed/probable; 13 active cases.
*Rutherford County: 80 died; 8,188 confirmed/probable; 499 active cases.
*Warren County: 7 died; 913 confirmed/probable; 147 active cases.
