Duncan to work for CTAS as a County Government Consultant

We have a follow up to a story we brought you yesterday. As we reported, Coffee County Circuit Court Clerk Heather Duncan turned in her notice to resign on Jan. 31.

Duncan said on Tuesday that she has accepted an amazing offer from the University of Tennessee – CTAS as a County Government Consultant. She stated, “I won’t be leaving.” She said that she has been assigned a region of twelve counties with her home area of Coffee County being of them. She added, “I am excited to get to work. I will be able to continue working to help make local governments something of which we can all be proud.”
