Bobbie Gail Blair, a nurse at the Tyson Foods plant, has been arrested. Blair, 49, was charged after treating thousands of patients without a license.
She worked at the in-house medical clinic at the Tyson Foods plant.
In 2007, Blair graduated from the Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) program at the Tennessee College of Applied Technology in McMinnville in 2007. However, the Tennessee Board of Nursing records showed Blair failed the National Council Licensure Exam twice in 2007, and she never retook the test.
Blair was using a fake license with the numbers of two legitimate LPNs from Tennessee.
She served at least 15,000 patients over 15 years at the Tyson plant in Bedford County.
Blair is charged with ten counts of impersonation of a medical professional and two counts of identity theft. She was arrested Friday and has been released on a $10,000 bond.
