First In-Person Graduation in over one year for Tennessee Correctional Officers

On Friday, July 2, 2021, friends and family gathered in the auditorium of the Tennessee Correction Academy (TCA) in Tullahoma to celebrate their loved one’s successful completion of Basic Correctional Officer Training (BCOT).

This graduation, commemorating the hard work of 41 Correctional Officers, marks the first in-person ceremony in over a year, after the Tennessee Department of Correction (TDOC) suspended in-person gatherings as a result of the ongoing coronavirus pandemic.

Sheriff's Dept. and taught Radio/TV for six years at Grundy County High School.
