Heath Departments in Coffee County Offer Two ways to be Tested for COVID-19

Drive thru Covid-19 testing will continue in Coffee County at the Fairgrounds but only on Tuesdays and Thursdays 9 AM – 3 PM.

On Monday-Wednesday-Friday the new COVID-19 self-tests will be offered to adults beginning Dec. 21. On these days, public health staff members at each County Health Dept will provide self-testing kits to adults who wish to be tested.

Anyone with health concerns, or who has concerns about the health of a family member, is invited to receive testing for COVID-19. This testing will be provided at no cost to participants and those who come for testing can remain in their vehicles throughout the process.

Individuals will remain in their vehicles while completing paperwork and collecting their samples. You must have a smart phone and email address to register for self-testing. Health departments will submit the samples for testing. The self-tests are not approved for use in children under age 18.
