The Decherd Police Department is currently investigating several notes that have been placed on vehicles in the Dollar Tree parking lot.
Thus far, all victims have been women. The notes are offensive, vulgar, graphic, and of a sexual nature.
Decherd Police is asking any victims of this behavior to please report it. If you have seen anything suspicious, no matter how insignificant it might seem, contact Decherd Police at 931-962-1675.
