Jury Rules against Cracker Barrel in case that took 8 years to settle

A Marion County jury reached a verdict last week in the amount of 9.4 million dollars in a case where a man was served a chemical named Eco-San instead of water at a Cracker Barrel in Kimball, Tennessee.

The verdict says Cracker Barrel failed to use reasonable care and recklessness.

Court records indicate the incident involving William Cronnon and Cracker Barrel occurred on April 25, 2014. Then a lawsuit was filed in 2015 and now settled in 2022.
