On Sunday the Lady Vols jumped past the Florida Gators 79-65 in an SEC matchup in Knoxville.
The Lady Vols trailed the Gators by 2 in the first period with Florida leading 21-19. Tennessee outscored the Gators in the second period 19-10. The Lady Vols went into the Locker room on top 38-31. The Gators came out of halftime and stunned the Lady Vols 23-20. Tennessee answered back in the fourth period by dominating the Gators 21-11. The Lady Vols pulled out the win over the Gators 79-65.
Kasiyahna Kushkituah posted 8 points on the night. Rennia Davis notched 14 points and Tamari Key lead the way for the Lady Vols Scoring 23 points to secure the W for Tennessee.
