Health Departments in the On Target News coverage area continues to book appointments for individuals in Phase 1a1, 1a2 in Bedford, Coffee, Franklin, Grundy, Lincoln, Moore or Rutherford counties. Plan 1b is now available in Warren and Cannon counties the Tennessee COVID-19 Vaccination Plan.
Residents can find out if they’re eligible for Phase 1a1, 1a2 or 1b and those age 75 and up in the vaccination plan by visiting https://covid19.tn.gov/covid-19-vaccines/eligibility/. Those who wish to receive a COVID-19 vaccination may register online at https://covid19.tn.gov/covid-19-vaccines/vaccine-phases/ for an appointment. Click your county and then click “Request an Appointment” to register. Users will be asked to enter their name and contact information to be notified of their appointment date, time and location.
Residents who don’t have access to the internet and wish to register for a COVID-19 vaccination can call 866-442-5301 for assistance with signing up for the first dose waiting list. COVID-19 vaccines remain limited at this time, and Tennessee’s allocation plan prioritizes those most at risk of illness and death from COVID-19.
