On September 23, 2022, Gavin Clark of Manchester was found guilty of reckless homicide and abuse following the death of his five-week old son in January of 2020.
Coffee County Circuit Court Judge Robert (Bobby) T. Carter has now sentenced Clark, to 23 years in prison.
On that tragic day in January of 2020, Clark said during the trial he tripped on a toy and dropped the baby down the stairs.
