On 5/8/23, Det. Sgt. Eddie Colwell of the McMinnville Police Department, along with Investigator Jared Jacobs of the Warren County Sheriff’s Department, began a drug investigation on Christopher Tylor Young.
During the investigation, officers recovered approximately 45 grams of methamphetamine, scales, other paraphernalia, and an undisclosed amount of money.
Young has a lengthy felony history out of Warren County for Reckless Endangerment in 2011, two counts of Aggravated Assault in 2012, and Possession of a firearm by a convicted felon in 2016.
Young was booked and processed at the Warren County Sheriff’s Department for possession of methamphetamine for resale with a $75,000 bond and possession of drug paraphernalia with a $5,000 bond. This is an ongoing investigation with other charges pending.
