Manchester’s College Street Elementary Expanding

Members of Manchester Board of Mayor and Aldermen recently voted to commit $2.5 million to expand College Street Elementary School.

Our news partner The Manchester Times reports that the Manchester Board of Education approved bids during a meeting last week.

The expansion will add six classrooms and renovate the cafeteria at College Street Elementary School.

Director of Schools Dr. Joey Vaughn said that the bids came in just under what the two boards approved to spend.
