The Raiders of Moore County looked fantastic Friday night as they improved to 8-1 as the defeated Richland 35-7.
Scoring got started early as Kyler Parker ran in the first score to make it 7-0. With 6:23 left to play in the first quarter Tyler Smith ran in another score and Chase Bradford’s extra-point made it 14-0.
In the 2nd quarter with 6:23 to go Brayden Cashion would rush in another Moore County TD to run the score to 21-0. The Raiders were not done as Dawson White scored as time expires in the first half giving Moore County a 28-0 lead at halftime.
In the 3rd QB Kyler Parker would hook up with Kaden White for TD pass. Moore County forces the mercy rule by taking the lead up to 35-0.
With only :12 seconds to go in the game Richland gets their only score to make the final 35-7.
This week on Raider Country 105.1 and 95.9, Moore County at 8-1 on the year will play host to Mount Pleasant. Joe Abraham will be on the call.
